TOFU SAUTÉ
Saute 1 lb. firm tofu in canola oil as needed until it is the color of cooked eggs. Dust
with:
Coriander
SAUCE
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
- 2 tbs. garlic
Saute these ingredients together in
canola oil, reduce heat and add:
- 1 tbs. Tabasco
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups honey
Add a bag of frozen corn, and salt and
pepper. Serve over tofu.
