Almond-Orange Sauce--back to the recipe list Orange, almond, and ginger mingle delicately in this sauce. It is good enough to eat with a spoon all by itself, but it is especially good on millet pilaf.
Place the almond butter in a medium-small bowl. Add boiling water, and carefully mash with a spoon until the mixture is uniform. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature over hot pilaf. Preparation time 10 minutes. Yield: 2 cups. --back to the recipe list |
