Do you find yourself feeling anxious
often? Perhaps you are away from home for the first time, or have not settled into
the rigors of paper due dates and exams. For most people, feeling anxious from time to
time is a natural part of life. It can increase concentration, prompt us to do our best,
or alert us to possible danger. But for some people, anxiety takes on a larger role
preventing participation in ordinary activities. What exactly is anxiety and when is it
too much?
